For over 90 years, Craftsman has been creating a loyal fan base of automotive mechanics and this year they’re taking things to the next level. Stanley Black & Decker recently acquired Craftsman and have invested time in recreating the brand. Craftsman spent 18 months preparing for the launch of 1,200 new tools and products on August 16, 2018. In all of their tools, storage solutions, and outdoor equipment, Craftsman has maintained their dedication to quality products for the shade tree mechanic and professional alike.
The new owners decided to bring the manufacturing of the tools back to the United States – an important change for patriotic consumers who prefer products which are made in America. Their new line of products will be engineered and manufactured in the USA using materials sourced from around the world. Even better, Craftsman will be creating many job opportunities and hope to inspire pride of craftsmanship in America.
You can pick up some of the new Craftsman tools at Lowe’s, Ace Hardware, Orchard Supply Hardware, Blain’s Farm & Fleet, and Atwoods Rance & Home.
