Rolls-Royce Motor Cars: Making a Legend, author Harvey Briggs rides shotgun with Alan as they talk about Harvey going to England to write his book and how he interviewed dozens of designers, crafts people, engineers, and all the people who put Rolls-Royces together. No robots, all done by hand.   Harvey shares his experience with driving the new Rolls-Royce “Ghost”.   The duo expresses their love of engines, from a bicycle with an engine on it to an aircraft carrier, and how new cars are getting faster and faster.  Bruce Pieke – CEO of Caffeine and Octane climbs into the passenger seat to talk about car enthusiasts who gather to show off their cars, rain or shine they will show, it is a community. BJ Killeen -Automotive Journalist and Voice of Reason buckles in as Alan shares his trip to Las Vegas driving a 2020 Ford F-150 towing a 25-foot trailer and how smooth of a ride it was.  He compares it to a 2012 Ford Raptor and concludes they are both great vehicles.  Our road trip ends with Karl Brauer – Automotive Industry Analyst, Forbes Autos Contributor, and Executive Analyst for ISeeCars.com. He shares how beautiful the new Chevrolet Corvette and how it looks like a Lamborghini.  They discuss the vehicles that are the finalist for the North American Car and Truck of the Year award.  He and Alan end the show with the aggressive and luxurious Mustang Mach-E.  So “drift” on in and join us this week for more “rev” on what’s new in the auto world.
