Recently, former Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn filed a lawsuit against Nissan, two other companies, and 12 individuals for defamation and libel. Ghosn is seeking over a billion dollars and 5% of Nissan’s worth to clear his name. This ongoing legal battle has had a significant impact on Ghosn’s life, and he believes Nissan needs to take responsibility for their actions.

However, they have ended up with excess inventory and have abandoned over 10,000 cars on an island. On the other hand, Elon Musk’s TESLA has secured $7.5 billion in subsidies for sharing its charging infrastructure with other manufacturers. What will be the next venture for this innovative entrepreneur?
